What counts as a "workstream"?

A workstream is one concrete deliverable: a holdout test designed and documented, a dashboard built, an audience pipeline built, an A/B test analyzed with recommendations. Specific, scoped, done.

What size companies do you work with?

Best fit is marketing teams spending $30K to $500K/month on paid channels who don't have a dedicated measurement person. Startup growth teams, DTC brands, and mid-size performance marketing teams.

Do I need a data team already?

No. That's often why you're here. I can work with basic data access and build from the ground up. You don't need existing infrastructure. That's often what I'm building.

How long do engagements run?

Month-to-month with 2 weeks notice to cancel. Most engagements run 3 to 6 months naturally as we work through the measurement roadmap. No lock-in, no minimum commitment.
